What we can help with

Corrections are the messages we most want to receive. If a calculator disagrees with your bank's amortisation schedule, or an article states a rule that has since changed, tell us — with the page and the numbers, if you have them — and it gets fixed and acknowledged on the page.

We are also glad to explain how any formula on the site works, to hear which calculator you would like built next, to fix accessibility problems, and to handle any request under the GDPR or India's DPDP Act.

What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you whether to take a particular loan, which lender to choose, which fund or stock to buy, or what to do with your own portfolio. We are a publisher of calculators, not an adviser, and we are not registered with SEBI to give investment advice. Questions of that kind belong with your bank or with a SEBI-registered investment adviser who can see your full circumstances.

We also cannot access, change or discuss your accounts with any bank, NBFC, broker or fund house. We have no relationship with any of them. If you have reached this page looking for a lender's customer service, you are in the wrong place — use the contact details on your sanction letter or statement.

Please do not send account details

Never email us account numbers, card details, PAN or Aadhaar numbers, passwords or one-time passcodes. We will never ask for them, we do not need them to answer any question, and anything of that kind that reaches us is deleted on sight.
